		<description>This made the best Thanksgiving turkey gravy ever!  And there was so much of it.  (I guess we didn&#039;t reduce it enough, but it was still so yummy.)  We (actually my mom) saved the leftover veggies from the stock and the meat from the turkey necks and used them in the most amazing Turkey noodle soup she made the day after Thanksgiving.  This is a keeper!</description>
