- 8 cups baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt
Heat a large frying pan with the olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté on low heat for a minute. Add the spinach and sauté on medium heat till the greens have wilted. Add salt and serve.
